A Little Night Music has a "no audition" policy although new players in certain sections may be placed on a waiting list as the orchestra works towards achieving a balanced and musical ensemble. There is currently a waiting list for the flute section.Prospective members are invited to visit the first two weekly rehearsals of each session and try us out. Please contact us in advance so music can be prepared for you.
Currently, the orchestra is in need of first violins, string basses, and percussionists! Please contact us for further information.
A Little Night Music Orchestra rehearses in the Magee Music Room at Magee Secondary School (6360 Maple Street, Vancouver).
Term fee for the orchestra is $100 a year and includes the Fall, Winter, and Spring sessions. Term fees are used to cover rental and operational costs only as A Little Night Music is a non-profit society.
